An existing painting or a personal subject?
Our catalogue includes portraits, landscapes and surreal compositions. Save two or three works that speak to you and explain why: the light, mood, colour or texture. These references help establish an artistic direction for a commission more clearly than asking for a copy of someone else’s painting.
Size and colour in your space
Send a photograph of the whole wall, its measurements and the proposed position. Discuss a horizontal or vertical format, the viewing distance and surrounding colours. For a gift, tell us about the recipient and whether the subject should be a surprise. Framing and presentation should be agreed separately.
Price, timing and receiving the work
The final price depends on format, subject and the amount of work. Before starting, confirm what is included, how the composition will be agreed, whether changes are possible and when the work can be handed over. Share your city and preferred arrival date. Payment, packaging and delivery are agreed directly; there is no single price or turnaround time for every commission.
What to send the artist
- Your subject, its meaning and links to favourite portfolio works.
- Approximate size in centimetres and a photograph of the intended space.
- Destination city, preferred date and a budget guide.
- Colour, framing and any details you would like to avoid.
Commission questions
- Can I commission art without a precise idea?
- Yes. Start with a mood, a photograph of your space and a few examples from our gallery. We can discuss the possible subject and commission terms in the conversation.
- Can I buy the painting shown in this article?
- Send its link so we can confirm current availability and price. An illustration in an article does not mean the work is currently for sale.
